To fix that, turn App Permissions OFF then turn App Permissions back ON:
- Navigate to device Settings > Apps
- Locate then select PDF Extra app
- If available, tap Permissions (App settings section) then do the following:
1. 'Deny' all app permission (Samsung devices):
- From the 'Allowed' section, tap an available permission (e.g., Storage, Contacts, Location, etc.).
- Tap Deny.
- If prompted, review the confirmation message then tap Deny anyway.
2. 'Allow" all app permission (Samsung devices):
- From the 'Denied' section, tap an available permission (e.g., Storage, Contacts, Location, etc.).
- Tap 'Allow all the time'.
- Tap the Back icon (upper-left) to return to App permissions.
