1. Open your PDF Extra document and click the Edit tab.

1. Click the View tab.

3. In the Pages pane, right-click to select the page you want to extract and choose Extract Pages.

4. Click OK.

The selected page will be extracted in a separate PDF Extra document.

*Optionally, click Delete pages after extracting.

*To select multiple pages
1. Press & Hold CTRL and click on the pages you want to extract.
2. Right-click on one of the selected pages, and choose Extract.

Optionally, tick Delete pages after extracting.

1. Press & Hold CTRL and click to select multiple pages.
2. Right-click on one of the selected pages, and choose Delete Pages.

1. Click the View tab.
2. Select Pages.

3. Left-click the page you want to reorder, drag & drop where you want to position it.

*Reorder multiple pages

1. Press & Hold CTRL, and click to select multiple pages.

4. Drag and drop the selection.

3. In the navigation pane, right-click to select the page you want to duplicate.
4. Select Duplicate Pages.

The duplicate page will be positioned firsthand after the duplicated.

1. Press & Hold CTRL, and click to select multiple pages.

2. Right-click on one of the selected pages, and choose Duplicate Pages.

3. Right-click the page you want to rotate in the Pages pane.
4. Select Rotate.

5. Select an option:

· Clockwise - Rotates the document clockwise.
· Counterclockwise - Rotates the document counterclockwise.
· Rotate Pages - use the option to adjust the direction and rotation degrees and which pages to rotate.

You can copy a screenshot of a section of the page to the Clipboard.


1. Click Snapshot.

2. Click and drag to select the area which you want to include in the snapshot.

3. When you release the mouse button, you will receive a confirmation message.
