Create/Convert PDF

PDF Extra allows you to easily scan documents using the camera.

1. Open the app and tap the Scan to PDF  button.
   • Allow PDF Extra to use your device camera if prompted
2. Fit your document inside the rectangular frame and scan via Camera (Scan) 
3. Adjust the borders of the scan if necessary and choose a name for your file
4. Tap the tick button to confirm the changes. Tap again to confirm the PDF creation.

PDF Extra will save your scanned document in its "Scans" folder.

Create PDF files using existing images in PDF Extra.

1. Open the app and tap Image to PDF  
   • Allow PDF Extra to access your device storage if prompted
2. Choose an image
3. Adjust the borders or choose a filter if necessary. Name the file (optionally)
4. Tap the tick button to confirm the changes. Tap the tick button again to confirm the new file creation
5. Add additional pages via scanning or image or save your file

PDF Extra will save your converted document in its "Scans" folder. You may also begin in your Gallery by sharing one or more images to PDF Extra.

PDF Extra supports conversion from popular Office document, spreadsheet, presentation formats and ePub to PDF.

1. Open the app and tap "Office to PDF"  
   • Allow PDF Extra to access your device storage if prompted
2. Choose your file to begin the conversion.
3. Your finished PDF will open once done

PDF Extra will save your converted document in its "Scans" folder.

1. Open PDF Extra.

2. On the home menu, tap PDF to image.




3. Tap the offered directory where your PDFs are stored.




4. Tap a PDF document you want to convert to an image.




5. Tap Convert to JPEG.




6. The converted document will be saved in a JPEG format in your device’s gallery.
