View PDF

PDF Extra provides you the amazing flexibility to rotate the view of PDF documents to different angles.

1. Open your PDF Extra file. Click the Home tab.



2. Use the Rotate View buttons to rotate the document orientation clockwise or counterclockwise.




*Note that this is a View property, not an Edit one.

The page rotation is not permanent. To permanently rotate a page or pages, click here.

1. Open your PDF Extra file. Click the Home tab.





2. Click Select. Then click Find.





3. Type a word/phrase. To view all the results, press Enter, or use the Find Previous and Find Next buttons.

*The search results will be highlighted.



Optionally, tap the search filter criteria icon:
Match case - Finds only occurrences of the words that match the capitalization you type.
Whole words only - Finds only occurrences of the complete word you type in the text box.

Page Navigation

1. Open your PDF Extra document and click View.



2. Click Pages.



3. Use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the file in the Page Navigation toolbar. Single click for a movement to next, previous, first, or last page.



You can also navigate all the pages in the PDF Extra document via the sidebar.




Page layout

1. Click on the Home tab.

2. Use the Page layout buttons to choose between:
- Single Page - Displays one page at a time, with no portion on other pages visible.
- Continuous - Displays pages in a continuous vertical column that is one page wide.
- Two Pages - Displays each two-page spread with no portion of other pages visible.
- Two Pages Continuous - Displays facing pages side by side in a continuous vertical column.
- Separate Cover.

1. Open your PDF Extra file.




2. Click the View tab.



3. Click Contents.




The bookmarks (if any) will appear in the Contents panel on the left. You can review each one of them by clicking on it.




Right-click on a bookmark to manage it.
